Ambassador Terms & Conditions

As an authorized ambassador (Ambassador) of TSO Truck Station, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting TSO Truck Station as an Ambassador.

Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals referred to TSO Truck Station by your own marketing channels or personal referrals.

By joining the TSO Truck Station Ambassador Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

There are 4 basic requirements for participating in TSO Truck Station Ambassador Program.

1. Brand Ambassador must be 18 years or older to participate.
2. Brand Ambassador must have and actively use at least one social media channel (e.g Instagram, FaceBook, YouTube, etc.).
3. Brand Ambassadors must be in compliance with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. Brand Ambassadors must have a social following according to our target demographic and have at least 1,000 followers on any given social media site.

We reserve the unconditional right to accept or deny any Ambassador who applies via our website.

The Ambassador agrees and understands that if any of their communications associated with or for this promotion (marketing, websites, blog posts, videos, audios, emails, Tweets, Facebook posts, etc.) are deemed offensive or inappropriate, that Brand Ambassador will be deemed, at the sole discretion of the Company, ineligible to participate in all Ambassador promotions. The Ambassador in question will then be disqualified from receiving any further commission, recognition, communication or compensation from TSO Truck Station.

The Ambassador may also be immediately removed from any & all promotions and Ambassador subscription (and will be in violation of this Agreement) if, at the sole discretion of the Company, the Ambassador’s marketing:

1. Contains unlawful material, including but not limited to materials that may violate another’s intellectual property rights or links to a site that contains such material;
2. Contains information regarding, promotes or links to a site that provides information about or promotes illegal activity;
3. Promotes, depicts or links to material that promotes or depicts discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or age;
4. Contains, promotes or links to sexually explicit or violent material;
5. Uses the Promoter’s banners, brand name, likeness, images, and videos, on their own websites, thus creating market and consumer confusion (which is usually referred to as copyright or trademark infringement, and is illegal). In short: you may not present our banners, images or videos as if they are your own on your own site’s or any other site’s, as it may cause a customer to opt-in thinking they are signing up to receive our communications rather than yours. We firmly believe that if you wish to generate sales, it is in your best interest to establish your own identity, voice, brand, and sites, and authentically promote our program(s) in your own way – not posing as its creators;
6. Is, for any other reason, deemed to be unsuitable by the Company;

We reserve the right to disqualify and revoke an Ambassador’s standing from any Ambassador program, cancel pending commissions based on inappropriate behavior or marketing by the Ambassador, and to amend this Promotion or Agreement at any time without notification to Ambassador.

Our ambassador is an extension of our brand and an inspiration to our customers. If you are independently driven, ambitious and share our brand morals, then you are the perfect person for this endeavor. As our ambassador, you are responsible for:

1. Reaching out to friends, family, and acquaintances via social media/word of mouth to inspire and educate them on our brand & lifestyle.
2. Promoting our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.), giveaways & events.
3. Posting a minimum of once a week on social media promoting TSO Truck Station (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
4. Participating in our promotional events. Each ambassador will have their own personal profile after the first sale is made, which can be shared for all promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with your profile appearing on our website or social media, simply reach out to us and we will take it down by request.
5. Recruiting new, like-minded ambassadors to join the TSO Truck Station Ambassador Program.
6. Driving sales to TSO Truck Station through the use of social media, word of mouth and any other reasonable means.

We will provide the Ambassador with specific Referral Links (like how it works in the Affiliate Program) to link advertisements and other marketing content to TSO Truck Station. We will track users who have visited these Referral Links using cookies which expire after 90 days. If the user clears cookies or does not have browser settings that allow cookies, the referral cannot be tracked and the commission will not occur. Only users who make a purchase while the cookie is active will be considered referrals of the Affiliate (Ambassador) and recorded as such in the Affiliate Dashboard.

The Affiliate (Ambassador) is not authorized to modify or alter the Referral Links or the cookies in any way. We are not responsible for any tracking or reporting errors that may result from any modifications to the Referral Link or the cookies.

Commission tracking is handled by TSO Truck Station. A sale originating from an affiliate link generates 1-3% of commission based on affiliates’ commission level.

Commissions on sales that are refunded or that result in chargebacks will be voided.

Affiliates (Ambassadors) agree not to refer themselves in order to obtain savings on their own purchases.
