Product return policy

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most products can be returned in new condition, with the original packaging (including accessories, manuals and parts) along with your receipt. Please see our terms and conditions below.

TSO 7 DAYS RETURN  

All items sold on TSO Truck Station can be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt of shipment to post stamp date on the return parcel under TSO 7 Days Return. After the return period, or if the item has been used, the supplier warranty may apply. Review our Product Warranty Policy for more information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled, and you may need to wait until you receive the item in order to return it. Company or Seller may cancel an order where there is an inadequate stock to fulfill such order, where there will be an unreasonable delay in sourcing of the items or where the item has been wrongly advertised or priced.

RETURNS

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return it within 7 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our Product Return Policy does not apply to the following items:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Special order 
  • Products that are installed are covered under specific product warranties provided in connection with services and are listed on the invoice
  • Products that sold by a third-party
  • Delivery, labor or installation charges will not be refunded

 

Steps to request a return: 

  1. Return can be requested by going to My Account > Orders > Return (button only display when order is completed) > Click on the item you wish to return > Submit
  2. Select the reason to return and upload the image of product to support your return request.
  3. Please let us know if you want to make a refund or exchange.
  4. Please wait for our team to respond, our team is given 3 working days to approve/reject your return request.

Once our team has received your return request, there will be several outcomes:

  • Request accepted, return to be initiated – If your return request is accepted by us, we will require a receipt of your purchase to accompany your return. We will provide you a delivery address for your item to return.
  • Partial refund and you may keep the item – You will now be required to cancel the return request with the agreed refund amount.
  • Request rejected – If the information you provided is not genuine or insufficient as well as in the event where the return request or returned product fail to meet return policy.

SHIPPING

You are required to include a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return and ship your return with a given delivery address.

Responsible party to bear shipping cost depends on the reason of your ‘Return’ request. If you requested ‘Return’ due to damaged, faulty or wrong product, we will bear the buyer’s return shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Note: For items are manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

RETURNED ITEM INSPECTION

After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and accept or reject your return based on the inspection of the returned item.

  • If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a merchandise credit to your TSO Wallet, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a cheque, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
  • If your return is rejected by us (item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error), we will ship back the item to you and you will be charged a shipping fee of the returned item.

Additional fees (not applicable where prohibited by law, item is defective, or incorrect product was delivered)

  • A 10% of the item price will be charged if you return items in original condition past the TSO 7 Days Return.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged for item weight more than 30 kilograms.

We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange.
