Your order will be processed immediately after the payment has been made.Â
There are five types of order status:
On-hold: We are still expecting your payment for your order or your payment has not been cleared yet if you paid us through ATM/Cash or Cheque Deposit
Processing: We have already confirmed the payment and your order is in the process of packaging and shipping. It will be shipped shortly
Completed: We have already shipped your package out
Canceled: We have canceled your order due to several reasons. Kindly contact our customer service team for more information.
Refunded: We have refunded you your payment
To check your order status, you can log in to your account, click on ‘Orders’
Under the ‘Orders’ section, the latest order status will be stated under each order.
