What is the difference between Return & Cancellation?

Cancellation may only be done before order processing and shipping. If you already have received the product or if the product is on the way to you, you need to request ‘Return’ because the product has to be returned back in order for buyers to get a exchange or refund.
Note: In the event where the return request or returned product fails to meet the Product Return Policy, we have all the rights to reject your request.
